We all face obstacles in life and can be overwhelmed by strong emotions of anger, sadness, frustration and/or anxiety. Counseling can be a helpful, healthy way of addressing these challenges and feelings.
I take a humanistic approach in helping people achieve the changes they desire and create a fulfilling life. Counseling sessions offer clients an environment to learn more about themselves and become empowered to grow and overcome challenges.
In my practice, I respect clients through active listening and by focusing on the areas of concern they want to confront. I provide consistent and reliable service. Confidentiality is honored in all my work with clients.
