I bill $110 for a 50-minute session and $165 for intake evaluation.  Psychological assessments for egg donors/recipients are $140 each.  Payment is due at the time of service by cash or check.

I am an in-network provider for Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise of Washington and will bill them directly for my services.  If you are with another provider, I will submit a claim for your reimbursement.  Many insurance companies will reimburse you for therapy, but I cannot guarantee reimbursement from any given company.  I recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify coverage of counseling services from “out of network” providers.

When we make an appointment, I am committing to hold that time for you.  If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, I require 24 hours advance notification for cancellation.  Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged the standard appointment fee.
